The use of the latest finishing technologies for the pretreatment and the posttreatment of metal and plastic components and the optimized cooperation of all departments (production, finishing and assembly) ensure the highest quality standards we achieve each day.
Thus every metal (iron and non-iron) can be provided with a different surface finish (tin, nickel, etc.) in our ultra-modern, fully automated electroplating. Appropriate methods of testing are available in order to guarantee the applied layer thickness and the required adhesion.

Environmental protection in the field of electroplating is of utmost priority for us and this has been confirmed in writing by the certificate according to DIN ISO 14001.
Standards developed in our own laboratory optimize the handling of wastewater in regard to economic efficiency as well as environmental compatibility (closed loop operating of the ion exchanger).

A main feature of our electro-plating techniques is the high vacuum deposition of plastic components with aluminium or copper in the thick-film process (up to 5 μm). It acts as an electromagnetic shield among other things and is used instead of complex sheet metals. A manufacturing method, especially developed by us and patented, saves laborious pre- and posttreatments. Because of the excellent quality of our work we are able to fulfil the high admission requirements for the US market. (UL-cerftificate)
